They started with odd, ineffective and unevenly applied moderation practices and an unpaid moderator team. I have it on good authority that most of the team has likely been replaced, and a new system applied (I spoke to various people involved with closely affiliated sites while at Xbiz last year in person. That combined with the Vice article from 2021 about their team, tells me what I need to know). I'm not sure what happened to you, but essentially, I had an overbearing and inconsistently implemented moderation hammer applied to me when I just started (probably because I'm a rude bitch), while rando user accounts who were clearly stealing porn and in no way had the needed releases for them, were allowed to do whatever the fuck they wanted. Naturally, since I'm not stupid, I assumed this was because free accounts didn't need to be paid, despite them pushing for a shift to paying models ad revenue at the time. It was all fine and good until they acted like I needed to put in a DMCA request to get a vid removed that was clearly me, despite me being a fucking verified model, while not explaining why he was allowed to upload it at all, since there was a zero percent chance he had my ID and that I gave him permission. They would harass me for documents on every person in every video no matter how many times they had been on the channel prior, then told me to eat shit and jump through a hoop when I put in a ticket about my video being stolen. I'm big on equality and I will not work for a organization that treats me like I'm too dumb to see what the fuck they are doing. I have streamed on stripchat for years despite removing all content here, which is closely linked, so their fuckery and my temper literally cost me a shitload of traffic, and likely explains why my stripchat still lags as my second best earner. I uploaded to xvids instead over the years, and racked up 40 million views, so joke's on them. But, when I started bitching this time, they finally did the things I asked. I can forgive and forget as long as we stay on the up and up around here
